[SofaCUDA] Reorganize files and components

• [SofaCUDA] Cleanup cmake file and remove obsolete options #5965

Reorganizing some of the files of sofa/gpu/cuda which are related to components into SofaCUDA/components. did not touch any namespace

And force sofa.gl in the cmake file, as it is essential for everything to work so it is misleading to set it optional.

Breaking because of the moves (change includes)
