This PR is a public demo for the RunGlass GitHub integration.

It shows how RunGlass can:

• run a command and generate a local receipt
• upload receipt artifacts from CI
• post or update a compact receipt summary on the PR
• avoid duplicate comments by updating the existing RunGlass comment marker

No product code change is required for this demo PR.
