tree-sitter-language-pack!=1.6.3has no MacOS wheels (see kreuzberg-dev/tree-sitter-language-pack#116). AlsoChonkie 1.6.3(the version match is a coincidence) is broken (see https://github.com/chonkie-inc/chonkie/releases/tag/v1.6.3) and should be excluded.
