考虑到
optionalTypes，observer 函数的参数类型可能很难推断出来，所以我将其设置为了any。如果你有可行方案就拒绝这个 PR 吧。另外，
ShortProperty与PropertyType是重复的，所以我删除了ShortProperty，全部使用PropertyType。
