feat: add image to pdf conversion

This PR introduces the option to convert images to pdf. The option was added to the image conversion tool.

Changes:

• add PDF output option in image conversion tool
• if multiple images are supplied, they will be combined into one pdf with each image on a separate page
• the conversion supports multiple page formats (A3, A4, A5, Letter, Legal; Landscape vs Portrait) and a margin
• downside: since the used pdf-lib doesn't support directly embedding svgs, they first get converted and thus lose quality
