…r Discovery support to tinyos blip stack where a node can act in any of the three roles:host,router and LBR.There is no need of wiring to IPStackC for starting the radio,just we can use the splitcontrol interface provided by the NeighborDiscovery Component NDC,which will start the radio performs all the Neighbor Discovery message transactions.Once an IP is assigned to him by the router signals the splitcontrol.startDone. Now the node can use the global ip assigned by the router

This is implementation for Neighbor Discovery for blip stack according to RFC Standard(RFC 6775).This has been tested with the border router running 6lowpan linux stack
