This PR updates chain metadata in src/scripts/reference/chains.json with the following changes:

• New RPC endpoints added to multiple chains
• New chains added (Japan Open Chain Mainnet, Memento Testnet/Mainnet, Tron Nile, Henesys, Won Network, 0G Mainnet)
• Chains deprecated (Fraxtal Testnet, Berachain bArtio, Etherlink Ghostnet Testnet, Taiko Hekla, 0G testnets, Celo Alfajores)
• Chain information updates (names, explorers, native currencies, status fields)

All changes maintain proper JSON structure and schema consistency.
