What was changed

  • Update sdk-core submodule to latest.
  • Adjust code as necessary due to changes in sdk-core.

Why?

Motivation is to get new sdk-core to progress on work for payload limits.

Checklist

  1. How was this tested: Tests and local integration of Update Worker::validate to allow SDKs to get namespace limit information sdk-core#1102
  2. Any docs updates needed? No
