Adds a carousel using shadcn carousel with a card that displays text and has an action button. Still some tidying that could be done in terms of styling but hey. Carousel move buttons disappear and card becomes based off screen width on small devices. Carousel loops. Also it spams updating the seleced slide while you're scrolling but it doesnt seem to be a problem - the event that I wanted to use in the docs didnt seem to be working when i tried to add it so hey. Anyway :)
