Adds a "Write Registry" tome to set a Windows registry key. It creates the `write_registry` directory in `tavern/tomes` with `metadata.yml` and `main.eldritch` files. The logic handles setting `REG_DWORD`, `REG_QWORD`, `REG_BINARY`, and falls back to string. It checks if it's run on Linux and prints an error message.
