Thank you for a thorough review, @velocitysystems. It should be ready now. I also took the opportunity to clean up the code in READMEs that is not analyzed in our standards check so it would closely resemble the standards in our production code. |

Move pure Rust database logic (wrappers, builders, transactions, decoding) into a standalone crate, leaving only Tauri-specific code in the plugin.
