…en, descendants, self_and_descendants & self_and_siblings. - added versions of the above functions of arity 2 that take a query as the first argument. - the query for these functions is the first argument so that you can pipe in a composable Ecto query.

…ied an elixir version. Also added :ecto to the application list for :dev to resolve a strange compilation issue: - `mix compile` fails complaining it can't find ecto. - `mix test` runs fine. - compiling a downstream project also breaks.

Allow passing in Ecto queries to the functions for filtering children, descendants, self_and_descendants & self_and_siblings.
