triage-on-pr-completion.yml— a thin caller that delegates to the new reusablesdkman/.githubworkflowreusable-triage-fork-pr.yml.\n\nThis uses the two-phaseworkflow_runapproach to safely notify Chloé of fork PRs (including Dependabot) after CI completes, without exposing secrets to fork code.\n\nMirrors the approach already in place on sdkman-db-migrations, but now with shared logic at the org level.
