We are struggling to find the nature of one of the failures in eu-de-1/2 with respect to volume migrations of netapp volumes. Add some more checks and debugging in this call to see if it can provide some inisght. Change-Id: Ieed2c3c33bfa58961fe1b88f888877b0c2e1b8e0
