- Add MeshCore TCP bridge so HA connects over TCP without HA changes
- Implement appstart/device/contacts/status/telemetry/login/logout/path commands
- Inject RF requests and forward RF responses back to HA
- Fix SELF_INFO units, battery reporting, contacts list, and node count
- Normalize telemetry (CPU temp on Ch1), filter noisy LPP, add length prefix for HA parsing
