Additional description

• Add the new indexing configuration
• Update article: "Dynamic index fields" (C#)
  • Add a new panel: "Indexing dynamic fields for FTS"
  • Fix all JS indexes to match the LINQ indexes
  • Add explanations, e.g. Why use js index and not LINQ, Why use DocumentQuery and not Query
  • Fix layout
  • Update the term images
  • Update other languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java)
• Update article: "Full-Text Search with Index" (C#)
  • Reference the new panel in the "Dynamic" article
  • Update other languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java)
• Apply to v7.2, v7.1, v7.0, v6.2
