There's a niche but important issue with watched queries where they can sometimes resolve to the wrong tables after a schema update. This fixes that by modifying the WatchSubscription class and Watch/WatchInternal methods to track the current OnChange listener, and to dispose of it and create a new one on schema changes (which re-resolves tables).
