This is NOT cppds and the author is only Dr. Jan Pearce, so there are many problems here. Can you please fix?

Fixes issue #259. Added a front matter. The only potential problem I am aware of is the first section after the front matter is also called Preface. The Preface section in the front matter could possibly be changed to something else.
