Removes [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore), [ethereum-waffle](https://github.com/EthWorks/Waffle) and [solidity-coverage](https://github.com/sc-forks/solidity-coverage). These dependencies need to be updated together.
