No intention to ever ship this unless someone else requests it, but I wanted to play around with it to better understand where OpenWPM is spending time and where it is crashing

Anything useful blocked by:

• Add Span.add_link() method to add link after span start. open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python#3618
• Make tracer.start_as_current_span() decorator work with async functions open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python#3633
