Looks good to me! When I worked in Cursor, it often got confused with Nextflow files because they are not complete to be run in Nextflow and are further processed by Viash. If this is a problem for Claude as well, worth adding a note in here. Or maybe just in general something like "Always use viash to run commands, never execute python or nextflow without viash"
