- Address fragile logic used to identify a path as a fully qualified path or not.
- Handle profile paths on Windows with Unix-style path dividers (e.g. --profile=./path/Profile.json, --profile=S:/path/Profile.json).
- PowerShellExecutor should handle nested quotes (e.g. CommandLine: "{SdkDir}/Invoke-SdkScript.ps1 -Command "....""
