Description

Add benchmark catalog to centalize the version of the benchmark package.

Openn questions:

Should we instead rename the build tools catalog to something more general and use it?
Should we instead create a more general catalog (like clientDeps, or devDeps) which could contain more than just benchmarkl, but not be part of build tools?
