For connection latency:
It will measure the time between room.connect() and connected() callback.
repeat the test for 10 times, and report the latency:
./build.sh release-tests
./build-release/bin/livekit_stress_tests --gtest_filter="LatencyMeasurementTest.ConnectionTime"

For Audio Latency Tests:
Sender will send a real-time audio to the receiver, and periodically inject high energy frames to receiver, where it will detect the audio latency
