Description:

• Fixes: Race condition on video refresh that caused the remuxed temporary file to be deleted prior to import if Bazarr is also installed
• Fixes: The monitoring status fails to be updated on some videos due to special characters in the JSON data
• Remove exit code error if no languages auto detected in profiles
• Updated S6 run file to pass linting

Benefits of this PR and context:

• Resolves Sonarr deletes the temporary remuxed file TheCaptain989/radarr-striptracks#115 and Script seems to be deleting original file without actually outputting new file TheCaptain989/radarr-striptracks#65
• Resolves "curl error when calling" - json data missing escaping of special characters? TheCaptain989/radarr-striptracks#118 and fix: curl escaping TheCaptain989/radarr-striptracks#119

How Has This Been Tested?

Automated code linting and unit testing.
Run in separate Docker development/test environment.
Functional changes deployed from development repo and running in personal environment.
