A collection of fixes and improvements

[P037] Fix logging that missed a variable placeholder.
[P104] Zone order was missing the reload option.
[P167] Docs: 'move' plugin to correct Climate A build (forum report).
[CI] Fix syntax issues (warnings) in build scripts.
[Docs] Fix warnings and doc-build errors, remove deprecated plugin (unused).
