Update LINSTOR CSI driver entry in drivers list

• Current version of the LINSTOR CSI driver is 1.12.
• Since version 1.10, the LINSTOR CSI driver supports RWX.
• Also removed some trailing spaces from other entries in the drivers list.

Can you limit your changes to only LINSTOR CSI driver?

Thanks for taking the time to review, @xing-yang . I amended the commit so that the only change is to the LINSTOR CSI driver information. I also rebased.
