Add collapsible control panels with mobile/desktop sizing tweaks

Motivation

• Improve mobile usability by making the NODES, GATES and PARTICLES headers tappable to collapse/expand their panels and show a caret indicator for state.
• Prevent header action buttons from accidentally toggling panel collapse when tapped.
• Give the main sequencer more screen space on desktop by reducing control panel heights and padding.

Description

• Converted the three side control sections to details/summary blocks and added a .panel-caret indicator that shows ▾ when closed and ▴ when open.
• Updated panel header markup so the title and caret are in the summary and changed header buttons to call stopSummaryToggle(event) to prevent toggling when interacting with controls.
• Introduced stopSummaryToggle(event) in the script to preventDefault() and stopPropagation() for header buttons.
• Added a desktop media query (@media (min-width: 769px)) that reduces panel padding, font sizes, slider heights, and related spacing to make panels roughly 50% of their previous height.

Testing

• Launched a local server with python -m http.server 8000 and ran a Playwright script to load index.html at a mobile viewport (width: 375, height: 812), which produced a screenshot successfully.
