Hi, https://github.com/kud/blank-video says it's deprecated and points to https://github.com/mathiasbynens/small
I encoded https://github.com/mathiasbynens/small/blob/master/mp4.mp4 and https://github.com/mathiasbynens/small/blob/master/webm.webm using an online base64 encoding tool (I don't know if I'm doing this right).
I'm using this in one of my web apps and it's working.
