- add obscure.bib for ref not in docrepo.bib
- add \citep tags for all ref in docrepo.bib and obscore.bib
inserting ADS id in text , compliant to docrepo.bib part 1
biblio reference update
for all citations not in docrepo.bib
added \bibliography{ivoatex/docrepo, obscure}

I merged the diagrams PR and fixed the two conflicts that created (that will be a commit in your branch). I also added write permission and approved the workflow for this PR, but the build is failing... not sure if it is previous work or these changes. |
