Solution description
Create a new command update_run that allows updating test runs, with initial focus on assignee management.
Supports the following options:
--title: New title for the test run
--run-description: New description for the test run
--assignedto: Assign the run to a user ID (must be active with project access)
--clear-assignee: Clear the run assignee
