Java is already installed on github runners, set JAVA_HOME to use proper one (i.e. like in https://github.com/gooddata/github-actions/blob/057dcf7685d0633e78c8d3541201f33e137ae27c/.github/workflows/release-java-component.yaml#L58C1-L59C76
