Update needed PAT permissions to manage PRs on GitHub.

☕️ Reasoning

I recently setup GitButler CLI and authenticated to GitHub using a personal access token. I followed the original documentation and received the following error:

Error: Failed to create PR for branch.

Caused by:
    0: Failed to create pull request
    1: Failed to create pull request: 422 Unprocessable Entity

After also granting read access to Contents, the error was gone.
