chore: run snapshot acceptance on dep branches

[bitsandfoxes]

when bumping dependencies the package contents might change (i.e. files got added/removed in the .xcframework). instead of having to locally run pwsh ./scripts/repack.ps1 this aims to run the acceptance as part of the PR.
