Two updates in this PR:

  • Renames the news item files to follow the generic news-n.md pattern, and updates the instructions accordingly
  • Updates the release from 0.5.0 to 0.6.0

This is probably overthinking it, but do we want to do something like news-00001.md so that the items will naturally sort when listing files / github ui ?

I think at the moment the thought process is to not overwhelm the landing page. Maybe a maximum of 3-4 news items to highlight. However If we end up needing more, we should probably have a dedicated News page, like blogs, with a nice design, that contains more information.

oh, is the idea that we're only keeping a few and will remove the older items?
