…enable a zero-configuration development loop between running apps and the MCP Server. They support the AI agents to autonomously discover running applications via the Dart Tooling Daemon (DTD) and trigger live operations like Hot Reload and Widget Inspection without manual URI setup.

The agent can't in VS Code or AGY to the best of my knowledge, these steps are articulated back to the user to do.
