This pull request removes the URL shortening functionality from the codebase, including the shortenUrl utility, its associated unit tests, and its usage within the extensions emulator and developer usage commands. Additionally, the Firebase Dynamic Links configuration has been removed from the API module. I have no feedback to provide.
