Refactored RecordsEndpoint to improve maintainability and separation of concerns.

Key Changes:

  • Extracted Logic: Created RecordCreateOperation in imednet/core/endpoint/operations/record_create.py to handle all logic related to creating records (schema validation, header security, request building).
  • Simplified Endpoint: RecordsEndpoint now delegates creation tasks to this operation class, removing private helper methods and the dependency on CreateEndpointMixin.
  • Circular Import Fix: Resolved a circular import issue in imednet/validation/cache.py by moving type-checking imports to if TYPE_CHECKING: blocks.
  • Verification: Validated changes with tests/unit/endpoints/test_records_endpoint.py.

This refactor adheres to the "Architect" manifesto by reducing cognitive load and enforcing explicit, single-responsibility components.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 961747540143405229 started by @fderuiter

Extracts record creation logic from `RecordsEndpoint` into a dedicated
`RecordCreateOperation` class. This encapsulates validation, header
construction (security), and request execution, removing the "God
Function" smell and reducing coupling.

- Adds `imednet/core/endpoint/operations/record_create.py`
- Updates `imednet/endpoints/records.py` to delegate to the new operation
- Removes `CreateEndpointMixin` usage in `RecordsEndpoint`
- Fixes circular import in `imednet/validation/cache.py`
