I extracted the rules per claude recommendations, but then discovered that AGENTS.md is a new practice for general AI use. I'll find out what the plan is first. |
Remove the synctest build tag reference (dropped from project). Reorder to put run-specific-tests before the pre-commit reminder. Minor wording cleanups to lint and build sections.
