This PR migrates the Widget Factory Tests in
org.eclipse.jface.tests.widgetsfrom JUnit 4 to JUnit 5.Changes:
AbstractFactoryTest.javato use JUnit 5 lifecycle annotations.TestUnit*Factory.javatest classes to use JUnit 5@Testand assertions.
