Adds azure autobuilds from the Everest repo Pull Requests to the in-game Everest version selection.
To install, select a release and click the Two-Click Install link.
PR builds can also be installed through mons by supplying a git ref as the VersionSpec.
Release builds are triggered by pushing changes to the everest.yaml in the main branch.
