based on #1074 ## What update cf-argocd-extras image to 0.27-ebfec69 (codefresh-io/cf-argocd-extras#108) ## Why new event-reporter will not send parentAppId when parentApp doesn't exist in the cluster this will help the platform not create these phantom parent git-source applications which actually does not exist anymore
