As most functionality has broke out into 'members' 'shifts', 'tasks', 'permissions' so what's left is more settings then manage. The 'settings' menu has got a 'new' badge next to it.

FKtoDectRegistrationmodel and the view applies a filter to the form field queryset, for limiting choices to current camp and numbers registered by team members, with the public number needing to be published in the phonebook.I also renamed the team mange to team settings
