This handy userscript allows you to bulk delete or leave chats (whether they’re direct messages, groups, channels, or bots) while giving you a user-friendly overlay that shows your progress.

This script automates the process for you, saving you time and effort! It keeps your Saved Messages intact by default and provides a pleasant progress display while it works.

- Access to Telegram Web → Visit here
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
- Open Telegram Web and log in.
- Press F12 (or right-click and select "Inspect") and navigate to the Console tab.
- Copy and paste the entire content of
telegram-auto-delete.jsinto the console. - Press Enter.
→ You’ll see a small control panel appear in the center of your screen!
- (Optional) If you want to delete your Saved Messages too, uncheck the "Keep Saved Messages" option.
- Click Start, confirm your choice, then sit back and relax while it works its magic.
Important: Please do not interact with the tab while it’s running.
Duration: Typically, it takes between 1 to 5 minutes, depending on how many chats you have.
