This PR adds u8 (overflowing) subtraction and less than. Technically, neither of these are necessary, since they can all be implemented through overflowing addition. However, the constraints are a bit tricky and the U8 table is super cheap. I think we should eventually add non-overflowing addition/subtraction too, since they consume one less column.
