Adds the Land Grow business consulting plugin with three core pipelines: - /grow-start: 4-agent cash diagnosis (7-30 days) - /grow-360: 5-agent full maturity diagnosis with BIN deliverables - /min: 13-block Integrated Business Model (3 phases) - /client-session: session preparation and post-session processing Removes incorrectly named file from previous attempt.
