🎨 Palette: Improve documentation DX and accessibility

This PR implements several micro-UX and accessibility improvements focused on the developer experience and documentation of the template repository:

1. Documentation Accuracy (DX): Replaced outdated make deploy instructions with the correct mise run deploy command across all template documentation and the template skeleton.
2. Accessibility (a11y): Updated the generic architecture diagram alt-text in the template skeleton to a more descriptive placeholder, promoting "accessibility-by-default" for new templates.
3. CLI Experience (DX): Added a usage block to the rename task in mise.toml. This allows mise run rename --help to show helpful information about required flags, making project initialization more intuitive.
4. Learnability: Started a Palette journal in .Jules/palette.md to capture critical UX and accessibility learnings.
