This pull request sets up GitHub code scanning for this repository. Closing as too large/stale for the current repo state. The Windows helper scripts (.scripts/run_all.bat, .scripts/run_integration_test.bat, .scripts/run_shutdown_emulator.bat) already exist on develop, so we don’t need this PR for that. The remainder is a huge vendor/test setup (incl. packages_external/isar-3.1.0-1) and is now conflicted. If we still want the test improvements, let’s recreate them in a small focused PR without vendoring Isar.
