Remove /modules/utils/multipartmixed2har.js from manifest's web_accessible_resources as this file is bundled via Browserify and doesn't exist as a standalone file in the distribution. This fixes Microsoft Partner Center package validation error: "Manifest file reference does not exist in the zip archive."
