Fix formatting for Comedy of Errors

A number of changes, but there are a few major ones, that effect a number of lines of the html.

• Fix the bad formatting of Antipholus, so now the character appears correctly for his lines.
• Fix missing "of Ephesus" or "of Syracuse" in places.
• Fix missing and miss matched blockquotes.
• Renumber all the lines in the html formatting, because removing the Antipholus lines needed this.
• Create missing ending tables with links to other scenes and home.
• Fix links to relative links and put in the index.html in the link.
